Business card printing

There are many situations in life when you may want a business card. For great instructions on how to produce business cards using your inkjet printer, check out Ehow.

Think about all the different times business cards may come in handy. You meet a potential investor for your new company at a coffee shop, you hand them the card so they don’t forget what you discussed and they have all your contact information. Or what if you run into an old friend at the grocery store? Don’t worry about that—hand them a business card and call it a day.

To print out the business cards, open up a word processing program on your computer. Here you need to either choose a standard template or create one from scratch.

Here you will need to type up whatever information you’d like on the card. Something you will definitely want to include is your name. Also, if you are trying to promote your business you will obviously need to include that. Other important things you may want to include are contact information—email address, phone number, fax number, website info, etc. If the card is a business card, it would be smart to put your business’ address too.

Another thing you may want to include on the cards is some sort of graphic. If you are trying to promote your floral business, you might want to put some flower graphics on the card. If you are trying to get news out about your baby sitting company, maybe add a pacifier or a teddy bear to get the point across.

After you’ve created the cards, it’s very important for you to do a test page of your business cards because in many situations the cards will not be aligned as well as you’d want them to be.
